Gear: Weapon Mods: Dikote vs. Monofilament

Any bladed weapon may be purchased with a monofilament OR a dikote modification, but not both, because the manufacturing processes interfere with each other.  A monofilament weapon gains -1 AP.  A Dikoted weapon gains +1 DV.  Both make the weapon Restricted, add 4 to the availability, and double the base cost.  Vibro blades can be dikoted, but cannot be monofilament.
